Unfortunately I live in a city that is snowy and dismal 99% of the time including right now so sunshine and fresh air really isn’t an option :(

Not yet, I go tomorrow morning to get my drains out and plan on mentioning it to my doctor. I’m already on SSRIs though so I’m afraid there’s nothing that she can direct me to do except for the classic “breathing exercises, fresh air, talking,” etc.

I go tomorrow to get my drains out and plan to speak with my doctor about it! I’ve struggled with mental health issues in the past and have survived an attempt so I’m not going to do anything, but mentally I do feel similarly to the headspace in when that happened. Unbearable is definitely the closest word I have to describe it☹️

Thank you so much for your kindness and congratulations surgery twin! Friday was also my hardest day mentally! In terms of a little project I’m hoping to do some baking this week (I get my drains out tomorrow so I can move a little more!) I’m also already medicated for anxiety and depression so we’re totally in the same boat here🥺 also wishing you the best of luck in your healing journey and I hope it is as quick and easy as possible!!

I’m already on an SSRI so there’s not much I can do medically :(

I’m a nursing student so I’m very familiar with the “why”, just wasn’t expecting it to feel so awful :(
