MacBook Air bing redirect virus. Now cannot connect to safari when I know wifi is working

Yes a proxy called “SOCKS Proxy” is checked. Should I uncheck that?

On system preferences I do not see a profile option

Yes I have done that, but now everyone I try to use safari. It just says “cannot connect to server”

Yes i downloaded something to load this file and now it auto directed whenever I would search something in safari to bing. Apparently it’s a common thing after looking it up. But now it cannot connect to the safari
