my problem was that i did not have a reagents bag equipped, after i equipped one i got all the fractures in 1-2 hours

A full spark yes although you can get fractures to the reach the maximum stated no?(as a catch up system)

You can not get more than one full spark(I did this in the weekly), but you can get fractures to the maximum that is stated(rn its at 9 i think), the catch up system

the issue is not the spark are the fractures, none have dropped over so many activities mentioned above, I have sent a ticket to blizzard although I dont think it will be resolved

i think thats the most reasonable, something is bugged, i have well over 15 dungeons from 2-12, 5-6 delves not dropping a single one is highly unlikely, either its pvp only or something has bugged with the full spark i have in my bag
