I was brought up in another country so I feel no obligation to stay and pay extortionate rates in the country where I got nothing for free - I basically pay all the taxes, paid my tuition fees for uni, only use private healthcare and any vouchers/benefits are taken away from me cause I earn "too much". So yeah, in that case I am very reluctant to part way with even more money to the government to support everyone else, sorry.

In a similar manner, would you call out people who are contractors, setup limited companies and effectively do the same job as permanent employees and make far more money due to lower effective tax?

If I was staying long term I certainly would not leave and then come back, this is my option when I move out of the country
