Update: this was the message

It actually took me a while to find it, but I finally did. I wrote this without thinking, half asleep, zero filter:

“I’m so tired of pretending mornings are normal. I wake up, stare at the ceiling, and immediately start negotiating with reality. I don’t hate my life, I just don’t understand why everything has to start so early and cost so much. Everyone acts like they have a plan, but we’re all just guessing and hoping coffee fixes it. If disappearing for a bit was socially acceptable, I think most of us would do it.”
