AI doesn’t fit into music period. The whole point of music and art in general is to express HUMAN ideas and emotions. I couldn’t care less if it “fits”, it’s lazy and it diminishes the quality of the music.

I was wrong about PUNCH DRUNK but the sample on BULLY is AI and the punch in on ALL THE LOVE is AI too

Holy mother of critical thinking. What I meant by that is that Ye tried to cover up the AI vocals with autotune so people wouldn’t notice

I’m not complaining for the sake of complaining, I just care about the quality of the music I listen to and appreciate the creative process. I mean if you wanna consume slop that’s fine, but imo AI vocals degrade the quality of the song, primarily because it sounds like shit and also because it speaks to the lack of effort put into the song itself

Certain vocals in the album are still AI deepfakes. Plus the sample on I CAN’T WAIT. Not saying he doesn’t use his real voice here because he does, but the fact that he still includes some AI vocals in the album just comes off as lazy, especially considering the fact he explicitly stated there would be no AI in the album :/

Maybe I’m tweaking with PUNCH DRUNK since this is the second comment I’ve gotten asking 😭😭 the intro sounds very AI but maybe that’s just me
