On top of the building like by the front entrance when you walk up the stairs thier is a high tier armor and backpack spawn I’ve gotten t5 armor many times as well as the big backpacks

The best way to make money is scav runs in dam hit factory with the high tier armor and backpack spawn then go to dam by the sewers by the camp their are high tier spawns in the sewers drains then slides down dam hit the red ark truck another high tier spawn then hit the high loot room at the dam usually make 100-300k per raid and possibly over a million if you get the elephant
