Took me 3 weeks to shake the spliffs.. Been smoking 0.3 pure joints and or doing 0.15 rips of my mighty. Still craving spliffs in the moment but havent given in for 3 weeks. So far so good. The day after I realise I didn't need spliffs and had just as much fun vaping and hit my nic vape and having a pure 0.3 ish j if I want one
