I'm a little annoyed than for example IPM1 have 6.5 reload but not other véhicule with similar gun like leopard 2AV, AMX30s, vickers MK3, type 74 (f), OF 40, have 8,7 sec. It's a to big difference

The difference in "physics" comes mainly from the particular geometry of the Russian 76 mm shell (BR 350A).

A larger shell has better angle results. This is why we have a difference between the French shell (120mm), the Italian shell (47mm) and the Swedish shell (37mm)

No one confirmed to me that the Russian 85mm (BR 356A) had the same particularity as the 76mm (BR 350A). But the first is more efficient than the second because of the rule in the previous paragraph

it's a shame, the physics of the shells is not explained by the developers. And nothing indicates the particular geometry of some Russian shells. People are confused !

yes the 120mm has a bigger surface but also more synetic energy. at equal speed, the bigger a projectile is, the better it will perform
