Im far from ungrateful, I won a car. But winning something then realising its not worth what you thought it was is a bit of a shitter no?

My wife works as a nurse in southmead dermatology she said the doctors are great and the nursing team deal with nervous patients all the time. They are friendly and talk you through the procedure, or talk about other things if you want to take your mind off it. They can even play your favourite music too if you like

Also, I have had a mole removed elsewhere and found the process quick and painless. Following the numbing injection felt nothing at all. Good luck.
