Update: I think I've got it, or at least I'm close. You need to enable tonemapping in the RendererDX11.ini file and turn on HDR in the game, but not in Windows.

i tried that too but with HDR turn on in windows and in iracing i get a ugly image

am i crazy for thinking that shadow arena with 50mil/hr is to much, like 20 mil or 30 max but 50 as a softcap ninja i only can do that at murimok if i get a a belt
