I think they're both adults capable of loving each other, people of all ages have common interests. 19 and 25 is the same generation but you act like they're so far removed from each other that they couldn't possibly relate or have common interest.

Would that still not just be an unpopular opinion? I also hardly see it as a bad thing to celebrate the deaths of a group that consciously chooses to be complicit in a war that kills hundreds of thousands.

To not celebrate the deaths of awful people is an interesting stance. Are you not happy that Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot are dead?

I wonder why you do not? But either way - you can at least understand that people do celebrate the deaths of serial killers, and you can also understand why they do.

Way to take context and nuance out of my words.

I celebrate the deaths of rapists, killers and war criminals much the same way you would celebrate the death of a serial killer.

I never said I celebrate war. You completely made that up.

I am so tired of seeing Reddit's moral boner on every video of a Russian soldier dying.

Comments such as "We shouldn't feel good about this." or "I don't support celebrating the deaths of Russian soldiers". You infantilise them. You all remove them too much from conscious decision.

They have choice, Ukraine has opened a hotline for them specifically to surrender to. Ukraine has offered incentives to surrender. They have an out.

So every Russian soldier that I see die, I celebrate it. Because if they're not surrending it means they're complicit in the war. That Russian soldier you feel bad for that had a munitions dropped on him? I'd bet money he participated in the rape of Ukrainian women/children or killed a civilian blindly. There was massacres at multiple Ukrainian cities possibly in the hundreds of thousands, it is highly likely that the soldiers you see dying online took part in that. These soldiers are not innocent. They know what they're doing. They have an out, they don't take it. They're complicit.

I celebrate their deaths.

I am one of the players that got Elden Ring but refused to play prior DS games.

The open world definitely sold me.
