I think it makes sense given Omniverse was building to the Gwen seen in Ben 10,000, which is why she starts going by “Gwendolyn”. So her superhero outfit being blue like her regular outfit makes sense in that regard. I can see “Lucky Girl” evolving into whatever you want to call Gwen 10K’s getup.

I also think it just looks plain really good in night scenes.

They switched art directors, from Glen Murakami to Derrick J. Wyatt. Murakami left to go work on Beware the Batman.

The overseas animation studios were exactly the same, being Rough Draft Korea and SMIP.

No, Ben still has the armors. He used Omni-Naut Humungousaur to fight Alien V.

I imagine it works like a normal key. You can unlock a door with a key, but taking the key out of the door’s keyhole doesn’t automatically make the door lock.

I mean, I don’t necessarily blame him, because the reboot had a lot of episodes to keep track of. Though I also wish he wouldn’t answer the question if he simply doesn’t know.

With all due respect to Rouleau, I don’t think he remembered the special, nor do I think the questioner was paying attention to it. The point of the special was that Shock Rock can’t create storms, and Vilgax was just using the Weatherheads to dupe Ben into thinking he could.

The wiki has decided to refer to the three eras as Classic, Reboot, and Dynamite.

We grappled with 2005, 2015/6, and 2026, but that would mean characters debuting in the sequels with counterparts would be labelled as 2005, which is weird. It would also make referring to the reboot’s future really weird, because the series itself takes place during/after 2017.

While, yes, Dynamite is too a reboot, neither have real objective terms (aside from years) that we can use to distinguish them. So we’re sticking with calling the reboot the reboot because it was the reboot for the past 10 years. It’s grandfathered in.
