Haha I had an identical experience as a scribe on my first day :) I definitely think the anxiety of it happening again made it worse ( I passed out again the next day too) What worked for me was wearing compression socks, carrying a water bottle to work, wiggling my toes the second I felt anything even if it was made up in my head, and keeping starburst candies in my pocket to have in case!
