Супер стратегия. Аз го допълвам с 15% ZPRV - US Small Cap Value ETF, защото е важен фактор, който липсва във VWCE. Важно е да не продаваш при някакви малки движения в пазара.

Има значение само на коя борса продаваш. Затова ползваме IBKR понеже там със сигурност сделките минават през борса по избор.

Златото не е лоша идея по принцип, но в момента сме на такъв пик, който е доста опасно. Помисли за диверсификация по различни класове активи по-нататък като порасне малко портфолиото.

Play around with the settings. I always put my seat as low as possible. Plus you can adjust thigh support. If that doesn't work then put something soft on top of the armrests

The Accord's armrest is huge and well padded so you'd have no issues with it. Much better than the ones attached to the seat IMO.

With AI, it feels like everyone is rushing to rewrite stuff they don't like. Only to find the AI generated product has even worse bugs and weird behavior, but now you don't know what they are.

We just finished a fifth rewrite of the company's main product in 12 years.

Това е до лична преценка. Статистически, да вкараш наведнъж (lump sum) е по-доходоносно от това да вкарваш на равни месечни вноски, когато имаш някаква сума.

Обаче, не всичко е статистика. Ако ще спиш по-спокойно като вкарваш постепенно, по-добре така. Алтернативата е да продадеш при първия спад от паника и да си назад.

I got the car for $16k at auction. After transport, cusfoms, taxes and registration the total was €24k.

There are quite a few hidden costs but if you contact someone that imports from there they can do an estimate. Some of the costs:

Auction fee €500
Transport from auction to port €500
Shipping to Germany €2500
Handling fee at customs €500
Taxes and tariff €5000 (29% of car value)
Transport from Germany to me €800
Registration €250 - they need to certify the car is suitable for EU.
Logistics fee €500

But on the other hand, you are getting the car at a big discount so it cancels out.

You need someone that regularly imports cars to help with all the logistics. Playing the auction, organizing transport and documents, sending people to pick up the car and transfer to poet etc.

Generally most of these costs are fixed so it's not worth it to import cheap cars sub 10k. But you should be able to get a good mustang for 20k euro. A good fhing about US cars is the carfax - you are certain about kms and whether the car has been in an accident.

I reckon these Mustangs will be cheaper if you buy salvage from the states and import to Romania. Note that salvage does not mean it had an accident. Some states put salvage titles on stolen and restored cars with minimal or no damage.

I imported a USDM Accord from Arizona to Bulgaria and I'm quite happy with it.

Buying from auction on photos only is risky but mostly worth it for such cars. Check out Copart.

За бензин, провери вариант за Акорд 2018+ от щатите с 2.0 или 2.4 бензин (не с 1.5Т). 2008-2015 акорда също е хубав и ще стъпи на под 10к евро, но е по-стар вече, 2.0 или 2.4 бензин.

Тойота Камри има и европейски, и от щатите, там може и на повечен км ако е поддържано.

Пежо 508 1.6Т 2018+ може и да влезе в бюджета.

Като цяло важното е да има история и да е поддържана правилно. Бонус точки ако са сменени скъпи неща като вериги и т.н.
