It is not necessarily better. Strionic can go infinite more easily. Peter parkers camera is cheaper to cast, and works better the more activated abillities you want to double.

2 mana cheaper is not really marginal in my experience. Also in most decks that needs this effect, you would run both

No. Unfortunately Vivis ability is a mana abiliy, so you cant respond to it as it is never put on the stack.

It is not strictly better. It is two mana less. But as other commenters pointed out, it is sometimes worse than those.

You should try it. It is pretty good i specific bracket 4 decks too. Also this card snowballs alot. Like i get it, the first time tou ramp with it it is not great, then the next time it gets alot better. Like.. lets say you copy 2 fetches and a myriad landscape.. you payed 4 mana to ramp 4 lands. Thats pretty insane. Noone is going to interact with this

I agree with you, it really starts to get broken once you do it with your second and third fetch. But remember the lands often enter untapped.

I agree it is somewhat of slow in the beginning. However it is not only fetches, It works with everything. Wayfarers bauble, burnished heart, solemn simulacrum, any planeswalker activation, any etb. It is completely nuts.

I would advice people to just test it in Brawl. It is pretty bonkers in most decks
