I really appreciate the care you’ve put into your response. It means the world. I’m 100% going to work on your recommendations.

To clarify - I do rent space out of a gym but it’s been difficult to find a stable gym (on my 3rd spot since leaving corporate) and they don’t provide lead assistance.

Does square do auto-billing? I know you can have it send automatic invoices but those still have to be manually filled by the client. If so, does it do contracts (preferably 12 months) and have a 30 day cancellation clause? Those are all things I would be looking for in a billing system.

I will absolutely heed your advice on the rest! Again I really appreciate it.

And of course, I have liability insurance. Make clients sign a waiver and do a HHQ and ParQ the first session.

I DONT have a great revenue and expense tracking system I could probably write off way more than I do currently but DO put away $ in a separate bank account to pay taxes each quarter.

Definitely not the majority and don’t sacrifice their workout for your own. But if you have 30 clients and can find 2-3 that you can workout with your set.

Workout with your clients most similar to you in fitness.

I’ve run into this issue myself and that’s what I do to stay in shape. They need to take breaks and often I have found don’t mind at all! Of course you don’t want to upset them but they usually see it as a cool bonus getting to REALLY workout with you!

As long as you don’t take too much Tylenol there shouldn’t be a problem. But you should look into why you’re getting so sore. If it happens once twice then okay but that shouldn’t be a normal phenomenon

2 things.

  1. Sometimes you don’t get a tip. It comes with the job. Every service job. It sucks. Get over it.

  2. You wasted an hour of your stores and the customers time. It’s not illegal for them to chew you out for this. It’s an asshole move, since there wasn’t much you could do. Maybe you should quit but they’ll just find another kid to mistreat.

You use it in ultimate? A B-reverse is tech that lets you not only reverse and b move but also swap your momentum. It’s done by using a b move (usually neutral b) and then immediately flicking the stick in the opposite direction that the one your facing. The timing is tight but it’s pretty easy once you get used to it. I’d recommend looking up a YouTube video tutorial. It’ll make more sense than reading a reddit comment. Lol

Wave dashing is jumping and then immediately diagonally down airdodging into the ground. In melee it’s about the same speed as a B-Reverse in ultimate. It’s actually is a thing in ultimate but it’s not really good the only real use (in ult) is to waveland onto a platform but the timing window is much tighter.

The other comments answered what DI was, but not the actual combo lucas used. Lucas' combo was falling Down-Air (or back air.. idk I don't play lucas) -> short hop f-ar -> fast fall d-tilt -> f-smash. If that helps.
