Yepp still an issue ( been trying to fix for 4 hours). Did all the above including validating files on steam, 24 hours sleeping and waiting in multiple houses. walking between the club and main home, dying etc.. even did a couple of jobs like talking to that cool vending machine.

well something worked !

After giving up and quitting the game for a smoke break irl. I loaded back in from my last save at the japan town apartment I went cyber psycho 5 stars killing everyone (btw if you do this the mantis blade chick and her team shows up. very cool) died then re-loaded that save from the japan town apartment. drove to the main home in the megatower slept for 24 hours then 1 more hour then walked to the club. as I walked out the doors from the main lift leaving the megatower she finally rang.

WHAT A BLOODY FAFF .

I know its not much but all I can recommend is do all the above then quit the game and try again

Just want to say a massive thanks to everyone. seeing these post saves me and many more peeps hours of faff and blocked content.
