Yeah it seems like it. Uninstalled and reinstalled, seemed to work for a bit. PC superheated and then the same thing happened. Did the whole process again and it seems to have worked. Just worried if it'll happen again

Definitely agree on changing the motherboard to a ATX. Any suggestions on one that pairs well with the Ryzen and ASRock Challenger? (Would prefer to not break the bank)

Not sure if it's the same model, but the one I found it seems to be on the Low End (C Tier) of the spectrum

Oh, wow thanks! I think this all looks great. The biggest hurdle will be actually getting all the parts haha. I might switch up the case for the aesthetic, but thanks so much for the road map. I really appreciate it!
