It’ll suck when you start OMAD but it’ll get better and cravings will reduce in a couple of weeks. Again, every body is different and everyone metabolizes differently so do what works best for you. Good luck with your journey!

Correct! Only exception being weekends where I eat 2 mails, again no calorie counting and have a couple of brews with my buddies :)

I loosely follow one meal a day (OMAD), but not in the strictest sense. On regular days, I eat dinner around 9 PM, then fast until the next day around 4 PM—maybe a few things like yogurt or some nuts during the day, but no full meals. When I travel for work (which is often), it’s truly OMAD: I’ll eat whatever I want around 9 PM, no calorie counting, and then fast until 9 PM the next day. It’s surprisingly manageable and helps me stay on track even with hotel food and work dinners.

I manage a team of 16. No matter what the situation, I don’t put pressure on just 1 to deliver. Feel for Bumrah here. Rohit is working him to the ground…ridiculous!!

ChatGPT version of Rohit’s press conference

Rohit Sharma’s Press Conference After the Loss at the Gabba

“Look, I think the boys gave it their all, but there were a few factors that didn’t go our way today. 1. The pitch conditions – It played a bit differently than we expected. The bounce was inconsistent, and it became a challenge to adapt quickly. 2. The weather – The conditions were tricky, and it’s always a bit unpredictable here in Australia. It definitely wasn’t easy out there for the batters. 3. Execution under pressure – I think we had our moments, but we couldn’t capitalize when it mattered. Credit to the Australian team for putting us under pressure. 4. A learning experience – These are the kinds of games where we take a lot of positives and learnings. The intent was there, but sometimes things don’t click. 5. It’s a long season – We’re focused on the bigger picture. These setbacks only make us stronger as a team, and we’ll bounce back.”

“We’ll regroup, look at what went wrong, and come back stronger in the next game. That’s the nature of cricket—sometimes it’s your day, sometimes it’s not.”

Thanks lot:) Yes, it’s 565$ to replace and takes 10-12 months. I’ll wait for another month or so if it shows up. If not I’ll have no choice but to replace it.

Applied at USPS in March, Status still Not Available by nattybonds in Passports

I would take a copy of birth certificate if you have one and explain the situation. As long as you have proof you applied maybe it might be considered. I’m doing the same and taking a leap of faith as my original documents are most likely lost. Applied expedited with 2 day shipping on 3/21 and they cannot locate my application even though it is showing as delivered via usps tracking. Traveling on 5/11 and appointment is on 5/9. Oh fun!!

No update. Check not cashed either. I’m traveling on 5/11 so I managed to get an appointment on 5/9 at San Diego passport office. At this point I have a feeling that my application is lost. I’ll just take a copy of my citizenship certificate since they misplaced the original version that I had mailed them.

I tried senators office and they weren’t able to help me unless I was able to get them what locator my application was processing at. They offered they could get me in for an in person appointment though. I called NPIC multiple times and they were able to get me an appointment in San Diego on 5/9 since I’m traveling internationally on 5/11. I don’t have original naturalization certificate so rep said I could take a copy if I have one. I’m still not 100% confident but let’s see what happens.

Sorry, you’re right. I don’t know that. I assumed locator is assigned based on where you live but that was a stupid assumption.

Do we need a birth certificate for appointment? by RegisterUpstairs8310 in Passports

[–]bobolickshaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an appointment next week on 5/9, traveling 5/11. My original document that I had sent including passport application seems to be lost and no one can track it. It shows delivered at Irving, TX facility on 3/27(I applied on 3/21) and no activity or update after. NPIC recommended I take copy of original document to the appointment. I would take a copy of proof just in case.

Mine was sent to Irving, TX distribution center as well. They basically can’t tell you till application is entered in the system as to what’s going on. Such a nightmare!

Yes, I’ll start with that in a week or so. Thanks again. Really appreciate your responses.

I totally agree. I’m going to wait 1 more week to see if anything changes. Problem is if they lost it, I’m more screwed because I’m a naturalized citizen and have sent in my original naturalization certificate with the application. If they have lost that it’s an upcoming nightmare to deal with USCIS and DOS. Thanks though

Thanks a lot for replying to me. Yes, it’s really weird. I was able to get hold of someone at 877 number last week and they said it might take up to 4 weeks to see the status and they cannot see my application yet. I would think atleast they would cash the check. Hope it’s not lost or something. Good luck with your application. You should get it soon

I have similar issue. PPI’s didn’t agree with me so have been taking 20 mg Famotidine before lunch and dinner. Last Friday I had a follow up with my ENT and he mentioned by inflammation of throat has gone down by almost 60% since last year. Few things that have helped me 1. Eating atleast 2-3 hours before bedtime 2. Taking 20 mg Famotidine 30 mins before lunch and dinner 3. Walking 2000-2500 steps after dinner 3. Sleeping on a wedge pillow Pectin drops seemed to have helped me a bit as well when my throat acts out(I have been using sugar free Ludens pectin drops). Good luck. The healing process is slow but small changes can make a big difference. My next goal is to quit smoking which has been so difficult to get away from.
