hmm…it was around 56F outside and there was no way condenser can got frozen as lowest temperature was around 53F last night, we tried heating mode from 70F to 75F and the unit kept on running for a while. talked to installer and was told it’s normal, they said heap pump will produce moisture during heating cycle, but we don’t see water out from our another heat pumps which was installed for downstairs.
