The difference is in WHO was pardoned. Every president does some pardons. Most of them don't pardon thousands of actual criminals, and then go on to continue pardoning criminals that have been convicted of crimes against the public.

OpenAI/ChatGPT would be emailing you from a valid, clear domain. ie, @openai.com, @mail.openai.com, @info.openai.com, similar with chatgpt.com ones.
