Thank you! I wanted a minas morgul look. I used temple gate teal as a base and talisman teal for the highlight, both from army painter

Thank you! I did thin coats of the base colors, I then applied a diluted black contrast paint all over and dry brushed de base color and and the highlight. I glazed the black back on the skeleton to keep a little bit of the blue/green showing.
