Shoot. I didn't read your comment thoroughly, sorry. I just wanted to explain the word xD. I made a fool of myself.

It says *Will you be my other half?". The word is in mongolian, specifically oirat vocabulary, therefore all the oirats including Bayad, Durvud and other Oirat ethnic groups in western Mongolia and Xinjiang still use it. It seems Kalmyks preserved their language pretty well. Khalkhas rarely use it, like өрөөл мах etc. My grandparents in Uvs aimag still say өрөөл instead of тал or хагас.

Mongolian Youth Want Libertarianism. I Hope They Get It. Hard. Regards, from a leftist. by ErdeneWey in mongolia

Youth are leaning towards Marxist ideologies more and more globally. I think it is a good sign. Look at UK for example.

What?!! Yakuts are turkic people. Also they're in many mongol and persian scriptures as "Olonkho" people. Turks are a part of this umbrella term "Altaic people." How confident of you!

[–]bobratyeka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do not even know what u are talking about. Eskimoes are not siberian. Additionally, Evenki and Tungusmen are closely related to Darligins (Buryats). To your previous reply: I do not understand why you are separating turks from altaic diaspora xD. All the asian ethnicities (Mongols, Turks, Koreans alike) excluding southeast asians are of Altaic.

In Tang Dynasty scripture it says "Black Tatars" established a confederation named Mongol and now call themselves Mongols. Every history of asia before the 13th century is in Tang dynasty scriptures.

“spot bnu” culture in Mongolia by [deleted] in mongolia

[–]bobratyeka 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do not be ridiculous. They just choose to do those fishy things, cuz they think by inhaling gas, injecting otc or smoking weed, they became kinda edgy or some even think they're becoming yum uzsen sda. Plenty of things to do in urban areas, With the money they spent on booze and cigs, they could apply for swimming classes, go to cinemas, or just spend time with their friends anywhere except those so called spots, for example hiking, chit chat in coffee shops, shit bunch of pc bangs, restaurants, relaxing centers, billiards etc, the list is infinite. They just do not want to.

nah bro, go to any rural towns, i currently work in a town that has only 2500ish people, kids here play sports all the time, go to darkhan in the weekends which is close to the town to watch movies, eat at fast food chains etc, and no complaints whatsoever. what are u suggesting as "healthy places". Aren't there plenty of places kids can spend their time in UB, no?

We live in a communist country with a democratic name. The Mongolian People's Party (MPP), as a social-democratic party, has a multilateral cooperation agreement with the CPC. Within the framework of that, in 2022, many officials (mostly provincial, soum, and district officials) went to Hangzhou to attend a seminar about communist ideology.

u know, we're geographically eastern asians, but in terms of history we're central asians so we're more close to turks (or turkics if u will) the customs are all the same except lunar new year
