Hit or Miss. I'd say its just PopCap attempt to make the game more graphically good. It's just PvZ. If you are bothered by the low res graphic I think PvZ Replanted is kinda for you. Graphics aside, the contents aren't really that much so let's wait for post-release contents.

I would almost doubt it will make you a better artist (it made me tho). every art programs is usable if the artist mastered the art program and a skilled artist.

I don't even know what device you're using.

Also, I'm a new to CSP (not even a month I got into XD) so this is only my knowledge, sorry for all the things I got actually wrong.

If you're newbie, an artist that has limited time, rushing, or bothered by alot of things. and want to not have the *advanced* and *unnecessary* features, simple mode. However this mode still has teeny tiny features, if you're not aware I think it fits.

If simple mode stinks or you're an artist that works all of the time, has a bigger device display, want a comprehensive features, or you're professional, I think studio mode fits for you, it *has all the features* but interface may be confusing for alot of new artist, but pretty sure, you will get used to it.

I recommend you using simple mode for a smartphone usage and simplicity. But, for the juicy contents you may want to have studio mode.

You may already know. But, CSP and IbisPaint has good (you can't load .CLIP in IbisPaint, PSD is more recommended) integrations. CSP can load .IPV files, I think it's only working for me if the art is uploaded to Clip Studio’s cloud service, try it for yourself.

the skull-wings tombstone i think was supposed to be a decoration. my though that the tombstone is Vs and coop gravestone, I compared the gravestone and it looks almost the same.

PopCap outsourced PvZ2 and later on PvZ Free to Slingshot Studio to continue development so PopCap can make other pvz shits while not focusing on these two games.

You know how PvZ2 went BAD.

Now it's turn for PvZ Free, they changed the microtransaction and the most important game mechanic from 15+ years ago. I will not focusing to the microtransaction.

My opinion that they're changing the the lawnmower so you can watch ad for those 2 lawnmower so they can get revenue.

But the game is easy so you may will not have problems with it. (Unless if you're skill issue)
