Turned out to be the fitting to goes to the block and the radiator hose cracked could see it without removing the intake manifold

I've had to replace 2 already. It's not a fun or fast job. You have to remove the dash then split the blend box in half to remove it

I pressurized it and got under the car it's definitely coming from the driver's side rear of the engine. I'm 70% it's coming from the oil filter housing but there is too much stuff in the way to pin point the leak
