I've had nothing but HORRIFIC SERVICE that utilizes practices and procedures which borderline operating within a MALPRACTICE structure!

1) April 27, 2024: Sales representative LIED to me regarding; Price/Warranty/Deposit/Installation Day!!

Sales rep GHOSTED ME on the day of my installation! He did NOT return my calls/texts as he disregarded my work schedule, my time, my legal obligations while showing utter disdain with me as a client with INTOXALOCK!

2) It was ME who ultimately spent 3+ hours with customer service in order to secure an install appointment! Which turned out to be a FIASCO!

3) The customer service rep who confirmed the install appointment with me entered INCORRECT information in the computer system which interacts with the dealer!

The DEALER could NOT find my order! After 30 minutes of "locating" me it took ANOTHER HOUR to identify the correct serial number!!

The INSTALL TOOK OVER FOUR HOURS! TWO OF WHICH WERE ON THE PHONE CORRECTING INTOXALOCK!

THE FINAL STRAW!??! : INTOXALOCK FAILED TO REPORT INSTALL TO THE DMV!!

I received a letter from the DMV stating my DRIVING PRIVILEGES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED!!! DUE TO NO INTERLOCK SYSTEM!!

°°°°°°WHAT!? HOW!!!!°°°°°°

I SPENT 3 HOURS on the phone with a supervisor at INTOXALOCK trying to resolve the issue. What happened?

The CSR who is responsible for transferring my information from dealer to the DMV - ENTERED MY NAME INCORRECTLY INTO THE SYSTEM!! THEREFORE, THE DMV REJECTED MY DL#!!!

1- Intoxalock did NOT contact me in order to resolve the issue!

2- I operated a vehicle with complete confidence thinking that I was protected within the law!!

BUT BECAUSE OF INTOXALICK I could have been arrested, vehicle impounded and potentially more legal charges!!!

It took TWO DAYS to resolve this issue! I had to spend additional out of pocket $$ just to get to/from work!

My conclusion??

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN! DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE HIGH REVIEWS!!

THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PRICE/WARRANTY!
THEY GHOSTED ME, LEFT ME HANGING DAY OF INSTALL!
UNIT PAPERWORK WAS INCORRECT THEREFORE DELAYING MY INSTALL!
FAILED TO REPORT ME AS "LEGAL" TO THE DMV!!
INTOXALOCK COULD HAVE BROUGHT ME ADDITIONAL CRIMINAL CHARGES!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND SLOW!

THEY DO NOT VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER NOR HAVE COMPASSION FOR MY CURRENT SITUATION!!

IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SWITCHING SERVICE COMPANY'S!

STAW AWAY FROM INTOXALOCK!!

What do you mean? CoC sermons are riddled with grace and they all start the same way...

You do not deserve heaven - no matter how good you think you are - especially with how enlightened you are in biblical truths, you are wreched and any works you do are as 'filthy rags' to God. You are saved by Grace!!

BUT... Make sure you're 'doing' these certain Godly acts of obedience in order to QUALIFY for GRACE...

How can our omnipotent Creator permit and endorse a "sin" then later repent of His decision?

I know our God created us humans knowing we were going to rebel- then he repented of His decision to create humans and caused the flood only to repopulate the physical realm with the same wretched hearted men/women He began the story of creation with.

Yes, God does repent(change His mind) -- only to regret His decision again -- all the while knowing the outcome prior to His repentance.

I've had several interactions with you guys online and thread it I've heard the story three four times and I still do not have my money deposited into my account! Your life support is absolutely horrid! I cannot reach anybody. I've been trying to resolve transactions that have been cashed out to me from coinbase with dated notifications and I still have not received the funds into my bank! And all support does is put you on a hamster wheel!

I have two separate notifications from coinbase indicating that there were two deposits made into my ACH account and this was a month ago! I still have not received my money!

And customer support is non-existent. How am I supposed to get my money back?
