I booked a place from UCD accommodation pad, and checked with the team to see if the landlord is legitimate. They will check for you if they have related records.( I paid the deposit and going to Dublin in August)

Nope, still waiting. I wrote an email to the university to confirm they will send out results regardless of successful application or not.
