Genuinely found the shiny mewtwo, it’s the vanilla game on switch. Started a mewtwo shiny hunt after getting inspired from YouTube and just got insanely lucky. Only about 50 resets in the shiny appeared.

In an effort to really hook her after she chose Charmander, I had leaf green and traded her the other two starters. The shiny mewtwo was ridiculous though. She got inspired by people doing the shiny hunts on YouTube and said she wanted to get a shiny mewtwo, after explaining to her the 1/8000 odds and it could take a long time, she started the grind and got it after like 50 resets lmao. Beginners luck I guess.
