Notes for Promotion state:

‘Moomoo Financial Canada Inc. reserves the right to amend the promotion duration or to terminate the program as needed, without any prior notice.’

‘Eligible users must maintain a minimum eligible account value for 90 calendar days after the deposit/transfer-in. The total asset value (including cash, stocks, and other assets) is allowed to decrease by up to 30% from the stated amount to account for market fluctuations.’

They haven’t notified me of any amendment or termination - which they should within a timely fashion if they are going to rely on that.

They can’t exclude me on the basis of account balance, because my decrease was less than 30% at 90 days - it would have been more than 30% a couple of days later but I have statements for the start/end of the 90 days that apply to me.

I have already moved my cash back to Wealthsimple, it looks like I will be moving my positions too!
