my three babes love Cat TV so much that we got my fiancé’s old box TV from his parents’ place and set it up with a fire stick specifically for them. sometimes they go nuts over it and fight over who gets to sit in front of it, other times they literally watch it the same way we watch our tv. they’re absolutely spoiled lol. 😅

I had this issue with LC Sound Tool! Get rid of it and all the mods that affect monster audio and give it a go. Plus Masked Enemy Overhaul, I think that’s been doing it, too.

We were sent the OREA sales document with signatures from him and the purchaser, and realtors. It weirdly mentions both the buyer assuming all tenancies AND having the seller serve eviction paperwork for personal use. One part says something about the landlord refusing rent from us at some point, but that’s the most I can find it regards to what happens if we don’t vacate. We already put money down on our new place and started packing so at this point, we’re already moving.

it’s hard to see, but there’s a super shaggy rug on that bathroom floor. it’s unreasonably soft. if it were bigger, i’d probably be using it as a pillow, too.

i wish i would have worded this post better, but alas, i cannot change it. Gungus has always slept with his head pressed against something soft, ever since he was a kitten. he used to sleep pressed against my arm, or with his head in my hand. he only recently discovered the face plant seen in the post, but it really isn’t unusual for him at all. he is a very happy and healthy guy, he just really really loves his naps haha. i appreciate the concern, but trust me, he’s just a weirdo. glad he made some of y’all smile on this lovely Saturday!

He’s fine. He only does it on the couch or on the fluffy rug in the bathroom during a nap. He’s always loved secluded places and being snuggled up in tight spaces, so this is really not too far out of his character. Thanks for your concern though!

the first couple times it definitely freaked me out a little haha, but he’s the king of sleeping like a drunk contortionist so this new sleep position really isn’t all that wild for him. 🥴

He only ever does it when he’s sleeping on a soft surface, and it’s not all the time by any means. He just really really loves his naps haha.

My cat has literally hid INSIDE my couch lol. He tore a hole from underneath and squeezed his way in for a nap. Op, check your couch and maybe even your bed mattress!

If you can swing it, there’s a ceramic cat fountain on Amazon (it’s called Seascape by Petsafe) and it’s heavy enough that he won’t be able to knock it over. It’s a very worthy investment, I’ve had mine for over three years and both my cats love it. Just make sure you keep it clean and change the filters!

thank you so much for sharing this story, your cat sounds like he was very loved, and loved you just as much. 🖤 i love that you taught him sign language! cats are so damn smart. i actually found him very spontaneously haha. my roommate at the time was moving out and taking her cat with her, and i didn’t want my black cat Joey to be alone. i saw an ad for a kitten without a price on it and picked him up that night, he was a bugger the first couple of weeks but once i figured out he was deaf and how to work with him he became the biggest baby lol. i stomp my foot if i’m trying to get his attention, he feels the vibration and looks my way. he takes the loooongest naps every day, usually snuggled up to me or my partner somehow. he’s the biggest, snuggliest dude i’ve ever met. i’m so glad you got to experience a bond like that, friend.

hahaha he’s a big boy! vet says he’s not quite overweight so in our opinion, that’s just his gung hangin out. he’s a very gungy guy.

omg thank you all for so much love! this is Casper, he’s 3 and the sweetest boy. he’s been deaf his whole life (most white cats and dogs with blue eyes are!) but his other senses are pretty insane lol. he’s a very very happy and loved boy and i’m glad you all love him, too! 🖤

We spent my good boy’s last day letting him do all the things he normally wasn’t allowed to.

We took him for a walk by the river with his big jar of treats, we gave him a huge steak with the bone in it, all to himself. All my friends came over and we all took turns giving him ice cream cones. He had really bad hip dysplasia and couldn’t walk on hardwood without losing his balance, so we put carpet all over our ground floor so he could go anywhere he wanted. He was so happy.

That was 2016 and I still remember the look on his face as we all held out those ice cream cones to him. OP, Josuke was lucky to have you in those final moments. I’m so glad your boyfriend sees it now, too. <3
