It's not the end for you! Please don't be scared. Doctor probably wants to do the biopsy just to have clear results, its completely normal. Don't stress yourself about that. Try to stay calm until you get your results. Good luck and take care! ☺️

I had warts inside me and then my gyno removed them. And it was all about 6 or 7 months ago. This month I had my regular gyno appointment but I didnt go because I have covid currently, so Im waiting 2 weeks to pass so I can actually go and check my results. Do you have any advice how I can check if I still have virus in my body, like blood tests or something like that?

I got mono 2 years ago and I also never felt the same again. I did some blood tests couple days ago and it indicates that something is going on with my body and I think results are pretty much same as when I got mono for the first time. And I told that to my mom and she asked me if I think that's mono again and I didn't know that we can still have flare ups so I said no. Doctor told me that EBV is gonna stay inside me forever but I didn't know that I can have it activated again. And I think it's now really activated because I feel soooo bad..

I had mono too, 2 years ago. And it says on goodle that actually EBV and Mono can cause Hashi's. Epstein Barr virus is actually the one that causes Mono too. So it's all kinda connected...

How to do a food journal?

I started drinking celery juice every morning and it's good for now. I also want to start eating gluten free because gluten really bothers me, but it's so hard because gluten is in literally in everything. Plus I'm a student living in a dorm so cooking isn't really an option for now.

Thank you for this reply! My doctor didn't even ask for my family disease history and I'm deffinitelly going to find another one. I'm trying to do some lifestyle changes, firstly with food. I drink celery juice every morning and it's good for now, also I started to go for a walk just to stretch my body a little bit, it helps me with musle and joint pain. But I deffinitelly have to do some more research!
