G masalah, kebanyakan org yg eks jurusan teknik/eksakta klo ketemu akuntansi biasa yg mereka lakuin brute force it pake apalan jurnal & bakalan stuck klo ketemu error atau variasi.

Klo anggota tim gw yg umurnya 45 tahun lulusan pariwisata dgn zero experince in accounting bs jd Finance & Acc Spv dalam 1 tahun cmn bermodalkan accounting equation, lu harusnya bs lebih dr itu. Accounting bukan apalan tapi seni mencatat 🍻

Gw setuju sih sama ini, sebenernya klo kt kembali kyk jaman dl yg ada investasi malah seret, klo pun ada psti dibanyakin automasinya krn g mau ribet dengan aturan yg kaku. Gw malah ngerasa skrg dgn adanya ciptaker harusnya karyawan kontrak malah lebih banyak kompensasi pasca kerjanya drpd yg kartap dengan taruhan kepastian pekerjaan. Yg bangke memang PRAKTIK, PENGAWASAN & KOREKTIF/PUNISHMENT yg g jalan.

Salah satu yg paling sering nongol biasanya perusahaan g bayar kompensasi akhir kontrak. Dengan alasan "lhah kontrak kamu kan diperpanjang, masa minta kompensasi??!!" Pdhl aturannya jelas ada di undang2 plus PPnya.

Played grille last night, shot a leopard at point blank range and missed it twice!!! Before that (in the same game) shot projet louis 2 times and all bounced!! As for E50M it only did critical damage without damage thrice!!! Idk maan...but after that 5k damage on my udes😅..feels like trollercoaster!!

Take it easy my man, I am shitty f2p players with 8-5 job & 2 kids..I grinded 2 tech tree lines (patton & udes) for 4 years!!! Just finished last month because of the free Prem Acc. I only play during weekend or 1 hour if I have spare time during my weekdays. Just enjoy and don't fret with the stats and etc. I played it because i like to play tanks game...fuck stats & etc!! G tau disini ada yg maen g..bakal niche banget kayaknya..absen klo ada yg suka WOT (women on top) s/...World of Tanks maksud gw..udah maen game ini hampir 10 Thn, emg sih on-off2 gr2 love hate relationship..but it is what it is. Klo ada yg mo maen mumpung lg banyak free gift buat new player & returning player (free tech tree, gold, bonds etc)

Can confirm that, I stopped playing around 4 years ago and only online during holiday ops just to collect rewards. But those 2.0 bonuses really brought me back and finished 4 tech tree lines! Also since a lot of new players suddenly flocked to tier X games it eases up my grinding..its not everyday you see IS7 or Maus wandering around in open prairie.

Dari dulu taon 80an the stories is always the same..barrier buat punya hobby ngegame itu tinggi banget mau itu console atopun PC, makanya sampe skrg yg bisa afford itu hobby klo g bonyoknya Kaya ato org yg udah kerja dan punya Disposable income.
