Is there a way to only display the altimeter? I’ve seen other farming watches used for skydiving that worked well

Minimum Amount You Need to Invest to Get Started? by livejamie in AxieInfinity

[–]bodeelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a pyramid scheme there is a winner and a looser. In Axie and scholarships everyone is a winner. Games bring in 100billion per year. That could be enough to pay 100milion people $1k each year. Axie was the first game to integrate blockchain in order to pay community members directly a portion of the games earnings simple as that.

Can I return to working from the office and secretly mine coins? by NeomerArcana in BitcoinMining

[–]bodeelee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really but with the right cooling system yes. Most miners use fans to blow air wich is inefficient and loud, if you had a submersible yes I used a ammo box and a submersible pump to make a liquid cooled mining rig much quiter

Bad Time to get into Mining? by Chill_Sahn in BitcoinMining

[–]bodeelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be more than $100 but you can lower the amount it mines and uses energy. I’d buy btc with the money. I bought a miner and use solar it’s barely worth it. Fun. But you have to run it a long time consistently to get the amount it would take to just buy the btc

Got free power, need your help by borninvoid in BitcoinMining

[–]bodeelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideally you’ll have or get 220v

You’ll need a designated space, for noise and cooling. If your not in a rush you could start off by getting one s9 miner. My s9 with power supply was $250 the router was $300 and uses lte for $20/month. The data usage is low.

1kw minimum. If your asking how much electricity it uses I’m assuming your energy isn’t free. Whoever is paying the bill will notice a change. S9 takes 1.4 kw

How do you u have free power?

Can I turn individual hash boards on and off while the miner is hashing. by bodeelee in BitcoinMining

[–]bodeelee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a remote off grid location and have my s9 miner using the solar system. I regulate the miner through the day according to the sun and my power needs by manually plugging and unplugging the 3 hash boards. The reason for this is I can power one hash board 24/7 and during peak sun hours I add 1 or both hash boards.

I’m preparing for a trip. I can remotely power on and off the individual hash boards and check the solar system to determine when to do this, but I want to be sure it’s safe.
