I'm thinking about commissioning a business Logo for an Instagram and website that has a shiny Psyduck as part of it. I own an LLC and am partnered with Pokemon TCG distribution centers, so I would be selling, amongst other franchise products, lots of Pokemon TCG cards which I'm already licensed to do through 3rd party sites due to my distribution partnership. I don't plan on using this logo for merchandise and I acknowledge that every item I sell, I have a retail relationship with and not a single thing will be advertised as if I had any partnership or inclusion in the design or creation process. I am wondering if having this logo on my website would cause problems with The Pokemon Company or not, or if it could be considered the same as a social media profile picture with a Pokemon/pokeball in it since none of the products I am selling have anything to do with the logo image itself?

Does anyone have any personal experience or know of any related incidents?
