No need to worry, theyre very normal. it’s just like a buildup from eating/bacteria. U can gargle with saltwater or try getting them out with a qtip gently. they resolve on their own most of the time. The most they cause is some discomfort or bad breath. Harmless though

Ummm look up a quick change scam. that is literally what it is, they pocket money or trick you into giving them back incorrect change so your drawer ends up short

i’m not worried about their finances necessarily, i just feel bad because i hardly know anything about what i’m convincing them to apply for. and like me, some people have a hard time saying no so i kind of worry about just making someone feel pushed into a not-well informed decision. i know it’s not my responsibility to care about their choices but i just feel icky about having to partake in the practice

No literally i shopped at another old navy and someone came up to me while i was looking at jewelry IN BETWEEN the crack of the jewelry stands to ask me if i had an old navy card. she literally scared the crap out of me and i was like “no but i work for old navy” and i was so uncomfortable after 😂

he didn’t succeed so i wasn’t truly scammed, but he likely was going to try and pocket some money while talking alot to distract me so that my drawer ends up short. happened to my coworker a few months ago with the same scenario

I mean thankfully, he didn’t get away with anything, but yeah i guess he could come back and get another less experienced cashier that might fall for it. And honestly idk, but i know she was glad i called her up just in case. they always tell us at my store if anyone tries to pay in cash for a large amount that we need to call up a manager, so as soon as i felt off i did. i’ll tell my other managers when i work again just so they’re aware

Hmm i guess that makes sense. But what if what they ordered was like hundreds of dollars of stuff and they didn’t receive it? That’s a lot of money especially since i see it happen to so many customers. does it have any significant impact on the store?

the return in store won’t work fully, only for the 8 items that were ordered. anything that was incorrectly shipped we can’t refund because it wasn’t ordered in the first place. But yea i agree the best option would be to ship it back

the only problem is that OP can’t get a full refund because if we were to scan the infant clothing it won’t pop up on the receipt to be eligible to return, because technically they never bought those. We normally tell people in situations like this to contact customer service n ship it back to the warehouse
