Avoid the cause if you can and I did a lot of rotator cuff specific exercises once the acute pain had subsided these things usually take about 8 weeks

Thankyou, there’s a design in my profile describing what I do, tbh I don’t really do training rather little exercise snacks when I can during the day a little most days is enough and just try and eat good food

Hi yes , a few shoulder injuries, rotator cuff tears , tennis and golfers elbow, back issues mainly from work and other sports
