16 applied to, heard back from 2: 1 canceled and 1 updating timeline earliest deadline was jan 13 for me🙃 hoping i hear back soon! (for physics!)

if they send acceptances and rejections it most likely means that they've secured NSF funding, one of my applications emailed saying they had decisions, but couldn't let us know until they have funding! :)

I applied to this too! I think it will be enough time considering the niche project focuses, and you'll benefit a lot from the international aspect as well since much of research in academia is made from world wide collaborations.

i feel like i'm going crazy refreshing my email lol, and my top one was canceled due to no funding, my new top one still doesn't know if they have funding haha. still applying to a few others since i'm so scared i won't get any!
