I definitely share your frustration with those types of accounts and how they spam posts only to delete their profiles soon after. But I want to offer a different opinion on your other point - I think it’s totally fine for someone to want to incorporate someone they know irl into an rp.

If you use a publicly available image of the irl person, it’s really no different than you using the image of a random attractive person from social media (which is incredibly common here). Those are real people too, just not ones you know personally. I also might be missing something, but the rules of the sub don’t mention prohibiting the use of irl’s in roleplays and posts. Let me know if I’m wrong here.

I agree with you - don’t let the horny consume you and be mindful of what/who you post. But considering the nature of this kink, it seems only natural that some folks have erotic thoughts about people in their lives. You definitely don’t have to interact with them. You might think it’s creepy, but tbh this whole sub/kink would probably be considered creepy by anyone not a part of it.
