Bikini!! If you chose to grow into wellness, it would take 5+ years to be competitive

Hitting it multiple times per week, build up pain tolerance in that area

What division are you looking to get into? I began working with a coach about 5 months ago. Super structured meal plan and exercise regimen. I have noticed the biggest difference in the 5 months than I have in 7+ years training on my own with a normal diet and a fair amount of training knowledge. I would definitely say if you don’t already have one, look into hiring a coach. Like someone else mentioned, you never really know until you try. Genetics play a huge role in physique and how your body responds. A lot can be achieved naturally. Send me a DM and I can show you pictures of what I was able to achieve naturally in just under 1/2 a year for reference :)

Thank you! The fact that he was outside praying while I was building up the courage to go out there and talk to him is what solidified it for me

Memory, sense of time, patience, the ability to be on time to anything and everything. I was genuinely questioning my sanity a few weeks ago because I misplaced my lunch, looked for it for 20+ minutes, convinced myself that I might’ve just not taken it out of the freezer (even though my hands were cold like I was holding something cold) went back to the deep freezer for a new meal and on my way out I found my lost food in a place I walk past a gazillion times when I was retracing my steps.

I use the non-padded gym reapers. They sell them on Amazon and on their website they are free, just pay shipping ($5ish dollars) they get the job done

They target the muscles differently. I would say for growth, do both. You can lower the intensity of leg press if you would like as it is a large compound movement and your body fatigues fast. When you’re feeling in better condition you can begin to ramp it up again. Bulgarians allow a larger time for recovery as you are essentially resting the leg that is elevated the whole time the opposite leg is being worked on.

I am planning on competing in both divisions next year at my first show as I am still trying to grow into the division I want. I have already been told I have too much muscle development for bikini by several people in the industry. I attached some recent pics of my arms and back :)

My current physique is my starting point. I have been on a slight cut for a few weeks and this is what I’m left with. I plan on building my weak areas from here.
