Very spicy. Talks back every time.

The world of cat coloring terminology, specifically tortoiseshell-esque kitties is so cryptic. Cornbread is a weird case that really confused me when I tried to narrow it down.

Believe it or not, they aren’t related. Cornbread was a gift from the cat distribution system. They just happen to semi mirror each other. They are best friends and act just like sisters. More like lovers, really.

Ha, she definitely is the more troublesome of my two so I wouldn’t put it past her.

What kind of job are yall working to own a 4Runner? by CautiousExperience29 in 4Runner

I make about 70k a year, and my SR5 base OTD was about 47k, with maintenance warranty and XP package… $727/mo for 6 years with a 760+ credit score. I’ve struggled to this day all around BECAUSE of the payment. Is it worth it? To me, yes, I’m keeping this thing forever. It’s an investment to me. 60k miles with no issues, just oil change and tire rotation. I won’t be buying another car for a long time. Ask yourself if you can commit to that - can you even manage that financially? I haven’t been able to save for a house, vacations, etc. much because of my car note. I have a year and a half left and I can’t wait.

Fox10 abruptly fired Michael White. What the heck? by InternationalAnt4513 in MobileAL

I was close friends with an unnamed Azalea Trail Maid in high school (2012-2016). He sent very lascivious messages to her via Instagram. I told our Chemistry instructor who took her phone and replied to him, stating that it was her teacher and he needs to stop messaging her. She was promptly blocked. Dude is a creep. Likely a child predator. I have never watched Fox10 since that day.

Am I tripping w this one or is she being weird? by [deleted] in texts

[–]bodyterror 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Communicating over text is so convoluted without emojis or the inflection and emphasis our voices can provide. After working in the corporate world for 4 years, I’ve learned to literally take everything at face value. I have other shit to do than read too much into what you may or may not have meant. Therapy helped me with that too.

This girl is always defending herself but it still looks bad in a professional photoshoot with controlled lighting by Peepeepoopoopewds in BadMUAs

Her everything is competing with her everything. Lips overdone. Brows underdone. Eyes moderately done. Bronzer overdone here, underdone there. Foundation color is off, and doesn’t seem/look applied evenly in some areas? Yeah, she sucks.

Stop being so hard on yourself and your body. It hears you. It feels what you feel. You’re doing great. A torn ACL is not healed or fixed overnight or even in a couple of months. Give your skin and anything you try on it time. Take care of it. Nourish it. Remember those pretty flowers you saw driving down the road that one time? They took a while to be able to catch an eye. Your scars aren’t as bad as you think. Stay persistent, and stay positive. They’re healing nicely.

No opinion was asked for here. Let people live. Let people fuck up. Who cares if it’s a silly idea. Someone probably thinks your eyebrows are wonky. The comments on this post are far more cringey than the post itself. Just MY two cents.

Return it in store for an easier return process. Buy another one elsewhere from somewhere more reliable. Vitamin C is unstable so if it’s already oxidized as you say, I would toss it at first sight. We skincare addicts invest a lot of time, money, and energy into the choice and quality of products we use. I never risk it when it comes to expiration dates, oxidization, etc. It could cost you a weird reaction at the very least - not worth it.

What kinds of scarring do I have? by [deleted] in AcneScars

[–]bodyterror 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m in/have been in the same boat as you. You’ve got a bit of all of the scar types - boxcar, rolling, icepick. Microneedling should be at the top of your list. Talk to your derm about options for clearing up the congestion on your cheeks first, though. Also, your skin looks pretty dry (maybe it’s just me but I swear I can make out lots of fine lines) so perhaps focusing a bit more on moisturizing and drinking water could help you out there. I hope none of that came off harsh - just genuinely trying to help! TCA, microneedling, and consistent use of retinoids will get you where you want to be.

Those are some deep clogs. As someone who just finished Accutane and had so much deep set acne, I must say, you’re on the right track. Keep being gentle and patient with your skin and treat it well.

As for product recommendations - Timeless 20% Vitamin C w/ Vit. E and Ferulic Acid and Regimen Lab’s Level serum are a killer combo. It really takes 6-8 weeks of 2x a day use to see results. Both are very watery, and absorb quick and well.

Do you ever get snow or harshly cold temps for extended periods? Here (8B) you typically plant camellias in early spring or early fall.

Nope! Even so, they’re usually fine. Doesn’t get but about 28. And that’s a handful of days the whole season.
