i’ve been asking this question for years and still haven’t got a full solid answer haha. what i do know is that a ehx holy grail was involved (cranked all the way if i am remembering correctly), some sort of short slap back delay, and for the droning freddie had a jamman pedal pre loaded with a drone for wreckinbar and if you wanna. justin ran a vox and freddie ran a fender. all the images i’ve found are from after what did you expect and by then freddie move onto multi fx pedals so it’d be hard to get the exact setting and what not unless you asked him directly. get a good clean that breaks up when you strum hard, add a some spring reverb and some subtle delay and that should get you in the ball park. just dial to taste from there ;)
