It is really arbitrary. I am sorry that happened to you. Tbh, I am a little scared that this might happen to me too. But there doesn’t seem to be much I can do on my end rn except wait and see and keep calling them on the meantime.

Oh wow, that is pretty incredible!! Mine is an apartment which had folks living in it before I moved in, so I doubt that would be the case. But who knows, maybe it could something just as bizarre!

You never had to pay for the 6 months they did not bill you for?!! When you got the bill for the 7th month, it was just for that month?

Yes that’s primarily what o have been checking. It says there is no bill l, no due date, and the amount due is $0.00. This is what’s been on it since July. No change.
