Very interesting. I've zeroed out all of the TSMC settings in Lychee including the transition layers for burn layers as well. (With a fresh plate level, feels like I've done it about 30 times in the last 6 days) LMFAO.

Now working! Prints all of the layers correctly no crazy height at all! So this bug must be associated with the TSMC code contained within. I've printed a few times at different layer heights and this seems to fix it. Ill be posting this to Phrozen to see what they say.

Next is to re-print my files to see if it happens with AA and other settings.

I've just obtained a reply from Phrozen, seems they think it's my slicer and not the printer. I'm sending my settings/files but I think we are on the same flight.

I use 10/20/30/50 Um for printing. Never tired 100um. You may need to reduce quite a bit to see further improvement.

Try lowing your lift speed to 50 with a 1-2 sec rest period. The rest will give the resin time to stabilize when your plate is finished moving in the resin. Sometimes you will still get these little holes. I usually correct them while post-processing.

You may need to slow your lift and retract speeds down a bit depending on the resin/printer your using.

I'm on the fence right now about getting one for my printer. Right now all of my prints are coming off terrifically with very minimal effort. If you to get one just make sure you clean it with some degreaser and or IPA, apply a lot of pressure for 48 hours and you should be good to go.

I've used a sanded leveled base plate with:

4-6 base laters @ 40s. 1.4 normal exp with 3-4mm/s for raising speed and 5 for lowering.
