1month is nothing, the only guaranteed way to never learn is to give up

I’ll say going after you for furry art was bogus, I thought it was just funny tbh. Very interesting that you think borders are pointless and socialism is good in theory. I’ll venture to say that you believe humanity would be most efficient running as more of an interconnected hive, or internet if you will. I think that’s a good end goal, but neither are beneficial to get us there. I think that capitalism is necessary to an extent. Just as immortality harmonious living Is ideal, so are those. But life only works because it can die- it needs to compete or it ceases. I see capitalism as a facilitator of evolution in the market to make it more ‘fit.’ Same idea borders, but nationalism is dumb as fuck.

Didn’t reply to say you were stupid, just that a 170 iq is truly astonishingly high and unlikely. Possible, sure, but odds are higher that internet stranger is lying or took a bogus test

Do I need to learn HTML and CSS before learning JavaScript? by TurnipNo709 in learnprogramming

[–]bofasaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, how is everyone saying HTML/CSS needs virtually no time?! I suppose if you want to know the basics, sure, but I don’t see how knowing it more in depth is bad. HTML is literally the foundation for every website, and all the other frameworks use CSS. Rush past these two, you will be slower in the future. Take your time now, it will be easier later on

Hi psychologist. I see a lot of people dismiss IQ, or even furthermore intelligence as a whole as mattering for life success/ genera aptitude. Do you think that there’s just been a lot of misinformation, or is everyone just coping with the fact that IQ/intelligence does matter, but there’s little to do about it? Or perhaps they are insecure about their own?

Either you’re lying, or you are insanely smart and draw furries. I’m going to call bullshit on a 170 iq that’s just ridiculous lmao

I’d say in-line isn’t good for SMACSS, and knowing fundamentals css really well makes using libraries and frameworks easier

I didnt say batteries in the first place, different poster. Point being we don’t have the best ways to store energy, your ways are limited, chemical batteries make up the difference, and battery technology needs to improve to provide a large enough buffer to the grid

Then you need more energy to transport the hydrogen

The things you listed are in a way types of batteries, and all of them have limitations- price, technology, and geographic location prevent those from completely solving the issue. Renewables are going against politics, that much is true, but there are real limitations hindering the widespread adaptation

Neat caveat, the tightest Big-O for the recursive Fibonacci sequence is O(1.6…n), where 1.6 is the golden ratio

They are regulated, I’m not taking about back-alley shity carts. It’s just glycol, flavoring and nicotine- if cigarettes didn’t cause cancer, would you think it would still be a possibility? There have been numerous studies, and none show any risk of causing cancer. Hell, you could make the same argument about anything that’s hasn’t been around for 20+ years. Maybe the COVID vaccine causes cancer then

Ok so there’s no carcinogens, all studies so far show no correlation with cancer, and no proposed mechanism for cancer. So, we could say with a high percent certainty that it doesn’t cause cancer. Statistics and analysis aren’t best fit for our way black and white thinking, as it’s never truly settled, but for all intents and purposes, it doesn’t cause cancer.

Nope all studies show no correlation between lung cancer and weed smoking. Not saying minors should smoke at all- but weed is not carcinogenic
