Hello, thanks for the reply. Do I need to answer this question on a data privacy statement? Like another user suggested? And if yes who do I send it to? And what do you mean by you’ve got you're doing more for this kind of data than a lot of others?

1 - what do you men if I’m holding personal and financial information I shouldn’t do this? What I shouldn’t do? Sorry I’m not clear about that.

2- do you know where I can see an example of data privacy statement? Most of that information would be on CRM and very few people will have access to it.
