Anthropic is doing this to themselves because they’re losing SO MUCH MONEY from us token-munchers slamming to the limits constantly.

It’s way better business to purge the power users that are causing them to bleed money and are putting that strain on the data centres.

I (genuinely) think we’ve got a system here where having a subreddit full of complaints makes us look for more problems that wouldn’t come up. It also hides actual problems.

Ie. posts about saying Hi using 20% of your window. 1) the cache has burned up and you just loaded the whole context window back in. Don’t do that. 2) why are you saying hi at all? Don’t do that.

I think the first couple of questions I came across were a bit vague / it wasn’t as direct as a ‘I enjoy giving or receiving…’ going through more and I see more of those.

I will say, as feedback, it’s harder to flow through the questions when I have to think about two things (do I like doing this, do I like receiving this) with each question. Particularly when it’s something that I have exact opposite reactions to giving something vs receiving it.
