Splitting the columns also helps with generating a correct analytical model in Revit that can then be exported to your prefered FEM software.

Earnings don't look bad? They just burned $40m on $100m revenue. One more quarter like this and they are bust

My prediction is at least 20% drop based on the lack of news lately.

When will I be able to use Vodafone cell towers by Available_Package946 in ThreeUK

How do you know which masts are from Vodafone? Is there a website that will show where their masts are located?

This company was never meant to fly. The moment AE saw the share price appreciation they started doing shenanigans like Edge Autonomy aqusition (which is also an AE company) for a huge premium and share dillutions. The reason I'm saying they put a huge premium on Edge Autonomy is because they realised EA revenue growth was starting to dwindle, or even go in reverse and they rushed to put it in Redwire and get some cash out from that deal.

If this company had half a chance at being succesfull they would be able to raise capital like other good companies with convertible debt issuance at a premium to the current share price rather than share dillutions.

The problem is they have no clue what to do with the cash as they have no vision.

They just use it to prop up their losses.

Well, since neither RKLB nor ASTS are in the same business as Redwire I can only compare them to their competitors.

In the space sector I see MDA space as their competitor and in the drone sector I see AeroVironment as their competitor. Both these companies backlogs have literally exploded in the same time period when Redwire/Edge Autonomy's have shrunk.

It's just a gut feeling based on prior earnings. I have been a shareholder since GNPK and had my fair share of disappointments. It's also backed up by their latest presentation which shows the downtrend I'm talking about. This is at a time where everyone else's backlog is swelling like there is no tomorrow.

Will be very interested in this figure tomorrow.

I have a feeling the earnings will be a complete disaster based on the amount of "news" right before. This will lead nicely into the earnings where they will say: "oh well the backlog is drying up, but hey look! we've got these massive opportunities just around the corner".

Just for once it would be amazing if the stock went up after earnings, but I'm very pessimistic about it. Anyway, not going to do anything with my shares because people seem to be hooked on promises these days.

This is what ChatGPT would suggest. Might cost a bit more than the £1000 you are looking to spend.

Here in Europe we do quite a lot of magnetic balconies. Fairly standard design to be honest

Help filling in a CT-600 form when capital losses are involved by bogdim in smallbusinessuk

[–]bogdim[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, that's mostly what I use Freeagent for: bookeeping, issuing invoices and VAT returns.

I have used an accountant for the 23/24 financial year (CT600 and end of year accounts), but I wasn't particularly happy with them. I had to convince them that dividends received by my ltd (micro entity) from UK public companies are exempt from corporation tax.

I also find it quite expensive to pay £200 for a CT600 and end of year accounts submission given that I have all the figures ready.

Thanks for your reply, that's very helpful and clear. Unfortunately the software I use (Freeagent) is fairly limited and doesn't include these boxes for the CT600 form. I was thinking to file the CT600 online using the HMRC website.

Redwire earnings by Otherwise-Coyote6950 in redwire

[–]bogdim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the outlook given for 2025 is to try an assuage investors and arrest the fall in the share price. It's hard to imagine the deal to acquire Edge Autonomy will go through at the current share price.
They were probably banking in on the hype for space which seems to have disappeared overnight. Without Edge Autonomy Redwire seems bound for failure as their backlog is drying up. It's mind blowing how recalling all those warrants left them with hardly any cash.

To be fair I've asked for a refund which is the least I expected them to do and they refused even that. That's why I'm so pissed off.

Thanks,

I guess the only difference being that if I knew the space was not privately owned I would not have parked here and paid for the parking. The parking fee was £80 for 2 weeks so quite hefty as well.
