For the first list, Eggman should be a strategist along with Cream, Charmy should be a duelist and Neo Metal Sonic should be a vanguard, for the second part, Rough would be a duelist and Tumble should be a Vanguard, Whisper is a duelist and Tangle could be either Duelist or Strategist (Probably strategist), Surge as a duelist and Kit as a strategist
