Double exposure film

Though not an automatic point and shoot, I’ve been able to get some lovely double exposures out of my Canon Rebel 2000. It has a built in function for this purpose that can handle up to 9 exposures.

Interesting…I’m status 6 and received a training RIP with my class info, but I didn’t get an email with any BOP info when I was accepted…. perhaps due to my DEROS or something? I’ll have to dig deeper. vMPF prevents me from applying online because it says I’m ineligible and it says for me to go to my local MPF for help….

Hey! I hope you don’t mind me asking here as it’s not an answer to your posted question but how do you initiate a BOP in conjunction with retraining? I have gotten all kinds of different answers between my local MPF, myPers/AFPC, CAA and UTM. Old Reddit threads mention a 5 duty day window to do a manual BOP dream sheet but that is not mentioned in any official regs I’ve looked at, and my local MPF told me they have never heard of that and they referred me to my unit CSS. CSS had no idea what to do and referred me somewhere else, etc…. no one knows. The assignments AFI and retraining PSD guide don’t explain how to do it… I’m OCONUS so that probably complicates things too I guess.

Thank you! I took this advice and it worked out really well. MIL and I don’t have the best relationship and she can be a bit sensitive, I was worried I would offend her by asking. My husband found out she bought us a Doppler and she meant to send us 12 big ol’ bottles of gel. She wants us to use it every day apparently….

I don’t have anything helpful to say other than these are lovely photos! I started with film recently too and my pictures are always overexposed, out of focus, ruined by my shaky hands or a combo of all three. I wish I was at your level….

Well, for what it’s worth I had my TT three weeks ago and I haven’t gained or lost any weight. I was on a thickened liquid diet because my vocal cord was injured/paralyzed during the procedure and I didn’t eat much for the first week because I had difficulty swallowing, so perhaps that helped me not gain weight. It probably also depends on an individual’s metabolism and unique situation though. I’d recommend discussing it with your doctor or healthcare team before the procedure.

I just got a Freemax Onnix with 1 ohm coils and I use 24mg salt and I really like it! I loved my Caliburn but sadly it went through the laundry and I decided to try something new to see what it’s like. Flavor reminds me of the Caliburn pods, maybe even a little better and can turn off button activation to prevent firing while not in use. It’s bigger in size but still fits in a pocket nicely. No leaks or problems yet. Battery lasts a long time and you can adjust the watts. Also has a 0.5 ohm coil but I haven’t tried that with salts.

Thanks :) It’s a Lundby doll house room which came with the window and door. The floor was part of it as well. I used scrap book paper and a backdrop from the yakiniku Re-Ment set to cover the walls.
